This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing in the respondent authority to make sure the Compliance of the order dated 14.12.2022 and 17.02.2023 and remove the respondent no.4 from illegal possession over disputed plot No. Khata No. 157 Gata NO. area 1.600 hectare and brick Kiln (Eeat Bhatta) Built in disputed plot area 0.0759 hectare, (Armexure 5 and 8 to this Pestition). b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authority to recover the damages/Compensation and provide to the petitioners.." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the dispute of the petitioners is with private respondent No.4 regarding property in question and, as such, the writ petition is no
