This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, to quash/set aside the impugned orders dated 15.06.2015 (as annexure no. 4) and dated 21.09.2024 (as annexure no. 6) passed by respondent no. 3 and 2 respectively. II. Issue a writ order or direction to summon and punish the respondent no. 4/ Praveen Kumar Luxkar, Collector/District Magistrate Ballia, for making of an unworthy observation in respect to the petitioner's paternity in the order impugned dated 21.09.2024." 3. This petition arises from the mutation proceedings. The orders passed by the first authority as well as the revisional authority have been challenged by the petitioner in the present proceedings.
