Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to dispossess the respondent no.4 from the Public Utility Land of gata no.193, 196 of pond, 192 of Gadahi, 153 of Baha and 159 of Khalihan situated in Village Gadaura, Tehsil Bhadohi District Bhadohi." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner is complainant in the proceedings and he has no locus to file the present petition as he is not a party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 5.
