Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.10839/2023 computerized no.80/T202316530410839 of 2023 case (Rajendra Prasad Vs. Jitendra Prasad and others) under Section 116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that opposite party has appeared before the court below and the case of the petitioner is pending since 2023. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
