This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 22.07.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner, Basti Mandal, Basti/respondent no.2 in Revision No.629/2019 and order dated 23.08.2011 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue)/respondent no.3 in Case No.20004/2006 (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). ii) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful living of petitioner in his house." 3.
