The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "I- Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur to decide the Case No. 5390 of 2023 (Smt. Laxmi Devi Vs. Smt. Singari Devi) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a time period which may very kindly be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that case under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration. He further contended that the opposite parties have appeared before the court below and filed their objections. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands
