Mr. Gireesh Chandra Tiwari, counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the Ordinance, that is under challenge in this writ petition, has lapsed and in light of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous." In view of the above this petition is also disposed of, on the above terms.
