This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i). Issue a direction directing the respondent no.2/ Commissioner Azamgarh Mandal Azamgarh to decide the stay application of the petitioner in revision no. 146/M. Computerized case no.C202215000000481 (Pramila Shastri versus Moti Ram and others) under section 210 of U.P.Revenue Code 2006 situate in Mauja Madaili Badhanpura Pergana Bhadaun tehsil Sadar District Mau within stipulated time bound period as expeditiously as possible which is pending since 6.5.2022 before the court of respondent no.2 / Commissioner Azamgarh Mandal Azamgarh, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3.
