Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, calling for the recall of the case and quashing the judgment and order dated 30.08.2024 passed by the learned court of Commissioner, Varanasi Division, Varanasi case no. 20 of 2008-09 (Rajendra and others Vs. Anil Kumar and others) annexed as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition and affirming the judgment and order dated 31.05.2008 passed by the learned court of Naib Tehsildar- Pandrah, Tehsil- Pindra, District Varanasi in the mutation case no. 273 of 2004 (Anil Vs. Rajendra and others) annexed as annexure no. 5 to this writ petition." 3. The proceedings arises from proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act. The petitioners claim themselves as heirs of deceased P
