Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide Mutation Case no.11556 of 2024 (Computerized Case no.T-202415090311556), "Santosh Upadhyay vs. Satya Narain Upadhyay" filed under Section 36(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar (Garha), Ballia, District Ballia, is directed to proceed with Mutation Case no.11556 of 2024 (Computerized Case no.T-202415090311556), "Santosh Upadhyay vs. Satya Narain Up
