Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 21.05.2022 passed by Collector, Mirzapur in Case No. D202216530000469 (Jai Devi Vs. State of U.P.) under Section 30 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has remedy of filing appeal as well as revision under the provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is further submitted that the order impugned is of the year 2022 whereas the writ petition has been filed in September, 2024. 5.
