The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 09.08.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial)-III, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur in Appeal No. 929/2024 (Computerized Case No. C202405000000929 - Smt. Kailashpati Versus Smt. Meena Rai and others) and the order dated 07.11.2022 passed by the Up-Ziladhikari, Deoria in Case No. 15846/2022- Computerized Case No. T20220520011586 - (Meena Rai Versus Kailashpati and others.)" 3.
