The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Mutation Case No. 1932 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. T202405200101932) (Seema Rai and others vs. Rajesh Rai), pending before the Tehsildar Sadar, District Deoria, immediately or stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that opposite party has appeared before the court below and objections have been filed. The aforesaid case is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
