The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery notice dated 09.10.2024 whereby an amount of Rs.7,22,683/- plus other charges were proposed to be recovered from him. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not dispute his liability towards repayment of the loan taken by him from Lucknow Urban Cooperative Bank Lucknow but he is unable to do so in one lump sum due to financial constraints. He has stated that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit Rs. 2,00,000/- towards repayment of loan amount within a period of two months from today and the petitioner will repay the entire balance amount (along with interest) in six equal quarterly installments. 3.
