This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Case No. 4854/1981 (Ram Autar and others Vs. Bhagwan Singh and others) Under Section 54 Land Revenue Act, pending before the Court of Assistant Record Officer, Tehsil-Obra, District- Sonbhadra as expeditiously in day to day manner without granting unnecessary adjournment, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that aforesaid case has been restored by order dated 30.01.2019 and since then, it is pending. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
