Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 26.12.2024 for mutating petitioner name in revenue records expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that mutation proceedings are pending consideration and the same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
