Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 28.8.2024 passed by the Tehsildar under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal u/s 35(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, therefore, this writ petition may not be entertained. 5. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, as available to him, under the law.
