The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i). issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2/Additional Sub- Divisional Officer, Sadar District-Ghazipur to decide the Case No. 3867/2023, Computerised Case No. T202314291003867 (Shivlochan Singh Kushwaha Vs. Chandrika and others) Under Section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 expeditiously/within time bound period." 3.
