Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 14.08.2023 passed by respondent no. 2 and order dated 23.01.2023 passed by respondent no. 3 filed as Annexure Nos. 4 and 2 respectively to this petition." 2. From the perusal of order impugned, it is apparent that an appellate order passed under Section 35(4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is under challenge. 3. It has been submitted by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned passed in appellate jurisdiction under Section 35(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner has remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law. Orde
