It is averred in the writ petition that the demarcation proceedings initiated by the petitioners have been decided by fixing pillars setting out the limits of boundary so far as the land belong to the petitioners is concerned. It is submitted that some portion of the petitioners' land has unauthorizedly been encroached upon contrary to his entitlement by the adjacent tenure holders. Once the boundary is settled by the competent court after following due procedure, there is no reason as to why the order so passed may not be implemented by the authorities for which the execution proceedings would lie before the court itself. 3.
