Revenue Code, 2006. The petitioner has an opportunity of putting forth his grievance before the competent court where the proceedings under Section 67 (2) and (5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have come to be initiated in case proper reply is filed in the pending proceedings of which the notice is contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition, the competent court shall proceed to decide the objections filed by the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law. 2.
