This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "(i) ) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2/Tahsildar(Judicial) Jakhania Ghazipur to expedite Case No. 2688/2024 Computerize Case No. T202414290502688 (Sugen Ram Vs. Tirath alias Tirth Raj Singh) within stipulated time which is pending before him since 3-8- 2024" 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that mutation proceedings are pending consideration and the same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
