T202302420307051 (Makkhan Lal & others Vs. Suresh Kumar & other) within in stipulated time." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that after final decree was passed in a suit under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioners have filed an application for execution under Order 21 Rule 11 C.P.C., which is pending consideration. 4.
