Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order dated 29.7.2024 passed by respondent no.2-Commissioner, Vindhyachal, Mirzapur in Revision No.475 of 2024, and the order dated 12.6.2024 passed by respondent no.3-District Magistrate, Bhadohi in Case no.163 of 2023, and cancel the allotment dated 24.9.2021 in favour of respondent no.6-Om Prakash. 3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that RC Form 16 is not properly prepared and there are defects in the same and the land in dispute is not vacant. He submits that the allotment is made in violation of Rule 61(3). 4.
