Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order dated 4.3.2024 passed by respondent no.3 as well as order dated 23.8.2023 passed by respondent no.2. 3. A preliminary objection is raised by learned Standing Counsel, saying that a revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is maintainable against the impugned order passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and further, the petitioner can also file an appropriate suit for cancellation of sale deed. Even otherwise, the impugned order is only with regard to mutation and if there is any dispute, the same can be decided in appropriate proceedings. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid legal position. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative remedy. . [Vivek C
