This petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ direction of or a suitab nature of mandamus directing the responde No.3 to decide the Case No. D2022022500015 of 2019 Ram Sewak and others vs. Ramneek a others period. expeditiously within a specific period. ii- Issue writ, order a or direction in t nature of mandamus directing the responder not to change the nature of the land or create any third party right in respect the Arazi No. 568 area 0.1820 situated in village Kalana Tehsil Bindki, District Fatehpur." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that proceedings under Section 126 were initiated by Ram Kumar and another. 4. Petitioners are not a party to the aforesaid proceedings and therefore, have no right to get the same expedited. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of wi
