Heard learned counsel for the parties sand perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondent no. 2/ Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Karchhana, District Prayagraj to expedite the case no. 11116/2023, computer case no. T202302030511116 (Raju Pal and others vs. 8.S. Mova Colonizers and others), Under Section 144, U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court after giving full opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2023. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
