This petition has been filed for the following relief: "I.Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil -Bisalpur, District-Pilibhit to ensure the judgment and decree passed by Civil Court dated 15.11.2021 on the spot by passing appropriate order in writing in legal proceeding under Section 24 of U.P.
