Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal preferred by the private respondents under section 35 (2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 registered as case no.4295 of 2023 and computerized case no. T202302420404295 as expeditiously as possible within time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioners are the opposite party in an appeal filed by respondent nos. 3 & 4 which is pending consideration. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
