This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(a). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the the Respondent No.3 and 4 District Magistrate, Kushinagar and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Hata to comply the order dated 02.08.2023 passed by Respondent No.4 and order dated 02.03.2024 passed by Respondent No.2 otherwise petitioners will suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. From perusal of the writ petition as well as representation filed by the petitioners, it appears that the dispute of the petitioners is with the private respondent nos.5 and 6 regarding property in dispute. 4.
