Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, District Agra to decide Case No.3/1976-1977, Computerized Case No.T202301010103269 (Vishambharnath vs. Har Prasad), U/s 33/39 UPLR Act 1901 of Mauja Chak Abbal Shabad City, Tehsil Sadar, Agra pending before him, within stipulated period or within three months, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2023. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
