Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 14/15.05.2024 passed by Respondent No.2, filed in Appeal No. 70/19/2007-2008, Computerized Serial No. C2008050000105 (Ashwani Vs. Awadesh and Others)." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Riyajuddin Ansari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.7 that the order impugned which has been passed in first appellate jurisdiction in proceedings under Section 299B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, the petitioners have alternative remedy of filing a second appeal as well as revision before the Board of Revenue. 4.
