The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/ to directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Shahganj, District- Jaunpur, respondent no.3 to give effect the order passed on 20.6.2024 (Annexure No.2 to this writ petition). II. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing private respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession over allotted land of the petitioner." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner is in possession and the proceedings under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of revenue entries are pending before the court below, in which the petitioner has appeared. 5
