This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding to the Sub Divisional Magistrate Azamgarh (respondent no.2) to decide the restoration application dated 06.09.2022 filed by petitioner in Case No.91 (Jadunath Vs. Balkishun) under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Act with regard to mauza Samenda Tappa Bhrojpur, Pargana Muhammadabad, Tehsil Sadar, District Azamgarh within some specific time bound period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid restoration application is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date.
