This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 28.06.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner in Case No.796 of 2022, Computerised Case No.C202216000000796 (Ram Sagar Versus Up-ziladhikari Bhadohi and order dated 22.01.2021 passed by the Sub-Divisional-Officer, Bhadohi in Case No.00432 of 2021, Computerised Case No. T202116670500432, Heeralal Versus Ramroop and others under Section 38(1) U.P. Revenue Code- 2006 so far as it relates to the petitioner (Annexure No.1 and 2 to the writ petition). (B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restrain the respondents not to dispossess the Petitioner from khata no.158, gata no.99/2 area 0.379 hectare, Khata no.159 gata no.94/2 area 0.063 hectare
