Hon'ble Manish Kumar Nigam,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned last reminder/notice dated 02.07.2024 issued by the respondent no.1 to the petitioner (Annexure No.7 to the writ petition). ii. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to not adopt any coercive method against the petitioner relating to the land in question i.e. Khasra No. 2443 situated at Village Bagh, Tehsil Sadar District Mathura." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that a notice was issued on 30.5.2024 by Special Secretary to the Chief Minister's Secretariat Section which was replied by the petitioner on 7.6.2024 and 20.6.2024. The copy of the notice is at Page No.12 of the writ petition and the reply submitted by the petit
