Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the impugned order dated 04.12.2023 as well as Execution order dated 04.07.2024 passed by respondent no.3. ii) Issue order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents authority not to create any interfering in the peaceful possession/occupation of the petitioners over the land in question. iii) Issue order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents authority not taken any coercive action against the petitioners." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for the respondents that against the order impugned, petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing an app
