Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.3 for demarcation of the boundary of the land of plot no.346 and 363 having an area of 0.1020 Hec. and 0.4920 Hec. respectively situated in Village Kandhauli Pargana and Tehsil Ghatampur, District Kanpur Nagar." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that proceeding under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 initiated by the petitioner is pending before the respondent no.3. 4.
