This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2/Nayab Tehsildar Tehsil - Dhanghata, District - Sant Kabir Nagar to decide the Case No.3835 of 2023 (computerize Case No.T202317650103835) (Ramesh Vs. Bujharat Under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Code 2006 within stipulated period which is pending before the Court of respondent No.2 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration since 2023 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
