The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 11-06-2024 moved by the petitioners." 5. From the averments made in the writ petition and from the perusal of the representation/application which is sought to be decided by the petitioners, it is apparent that by means of this petition the petitioners want to get the order passed by the civil court executed. 6. Learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri H. N. Singh, learned counsel appearing for Gaon Sabha submitted that such a relief cannot be granted in a writ petition and the same is not maintainable. 7.
