The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(a). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. 1115 of 2023 (T202315510101115) ( Ansh Yadav and another (Minors) through natural guardian their mother Kaushlya Devi Vs. Late Jaimurti) under section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil- Sadar, District- Mau within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned case of the petitioners is pending consideration before the respondent no.2.
