This petition has been filed against the order dated 9.5.2024 passed by respondent no.2 after the proceedings were remanded by the Commissioner by its order dated 28.8.2003. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the respondent no.2 has proceeded under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 instead of proceedings under Section 176 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act in view Section 231 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. I have perused the order impugned. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not point out what prejudice has been caused by merely mentioning Section 116 at the top of the order. 6. Learned Standing Counsel has also raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act as
