The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide Appeal No. 277/B computer Case No. C2003150000256 (Amawas Vs. Kedar Nath Yadav and others), under Section 331 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act within specific period, which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in accordance with law." 2. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that aforementioned appeal is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
