This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to expedite the proceedings of Case No.2828 of 2024 (Sharjahan Khatun Versus Yashvant Rav) and computerized Case No. T202405440202828 pending in the authority of Tahsildar Hata, Kushinagar." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration since 10.5.2024 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
