This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to consider and decide the Appeal No. 05/M (Computerized Case No. C 20161500531) "Rambriksha Yadav and others Vs. Sub Divisional Officer Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau and others"- under section 24 (4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006/ 210 of Land Revenue Act within a period s stipulated by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid appeal filed by the respondents is pending consideration since 2016 and the same has not been decided till date.
