This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Azamgarh Division, Azamgarh to consider and decide the Appeal No. 35/M (Computerized Case No. C 202215000000620) (2022 "Marchoopal and others Vs. Hoshalya Singh and others"- under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a period s stipulated by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid appeal is pending before respondent No.1 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of
