State and others under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 and order dated 05.04.2023 passed of the Tehsildar, Sadar, Varanasi in Case No. RST/02463/2021 (Computerised Case No. T202114700102463), Virendra Pratap Singh Vs. Prabhakar Mishra and others under Section 34/35 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 (Annexure Nos. 7 & 6, respectively); ii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus directing the respondent(s) not to disturb peaceful possession of
