This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the recovery notice dated 03.04.2024 for deposit Rs. 60,500/- penalty for possession for the Gaon Sabha land i.e. mention that Gata No. 378 M area 1.674 hectares. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus during pendency of the appeal no coercive reason be adopted in pursuance of the order dated 20.04.2022." 3.
