Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner Abadi land situated in Village and Post Khajurahat, Pargana-Ghisuwa, Police Station and Tehsil- Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur declared in Civil Suit No. 244/1977 decided on 4.3.1981 in favour of the father of the petitioner, disputed land has been marked in map of the suit declared decree on 4.3.1981." 3.
