Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.11.2023 passed by respondent no.2 in Case no.0169 of 2020 computerized case no.T202012130401069 (Gaon Sabha Vs. Ramsaran), under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.2 to decide the restoration application dated 05.12.2023 within stipulated period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that restoration application is pending consideration. He prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4.
